Is my package insured?

We provide secured and insured shipping on all of our packages. Your package is fully insured by us until it reaches its destination.

How quickly will I receive in-stock jewellery?

We ship any ready-to-ship jewellery next business day for 2-day delivery.


What should I do if my jewellery is damaged when it arrives?

While this should never be the case, as we carefully package and ship your jewellery, please take photos of the damage and describe the damage in as much detail as possible. Contact Us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Personalised Jewellery

  • Please allow an additional 10 - 14 working days for personalised jewellery to be delivered. If you order personalised jewellery and non-personalised jewellery in the same order, the non-personalised jewellery will be delivered according to your chosen method and the personalised jewellery will be delivered after an additional 10-14 working days.

  • International orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised jewellery will be delivered at the same time.

Custom Orders, High Jewellery, Jewellery with Custom Cutouts, International Orders (outside Ireland/UK), Jewellery on sale, and Resized Jewellery are not eligible for returns.

Returned items must be received in their original packaging, undamaged.

Custom Orders, High Jewellery, Jewellery with Custom Cutouts, International Orders (outside the UK/Ireland), and Resized Jewellery are not eligible for returns.

How can I make a return or exchange? 

Returns or exchanges must be requested via our website or email and shipped back within 30 days of receipt of your order. Contact customer service to begin the process.

Your return or exchange must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of your order. Once you request a return or exchange, a member of our Customer service team will email you an insured return shipping label and packaging instructions.

Returned items must be received in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and undamaged. You must ensure the original packaging, gift box, diamond certificate (if applicable), and any other items received in your original package are included in the return shipment. Jewellery and engagement rings must be returned in perfect condition, as they were delivered to you.

Diamonds cannot be separated from their setting in engagement rings or jewellery. We will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Please re-use the cardboard shipping box provided, or place in an appropriate shipping carton to prevent damage in transit, and affix our prepaid, insured return label. Do not use the Jago Diamond jewellery box as a shipping box. 

We recommend keeping a record of your tracking number so you may monitor the status of your return shipment. We are not responsible for damages incurred in transit. Please ensure your piece is properly packaged to ensure it doesn’t get damaged or we will not be able to fulfill your return.

What is the warranty policy on my jewellery?

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Jago Diamond offers a complimentary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all engagement rings and jewellery pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise only from a manufacturing defect. 

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from general wear and tear, misuse, and negligence, including but not limited to: scratches, discoloration due to any chemical contact, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost stones, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. Repair or service performed by a jeweller other than Jago Diamond will void the warranty.

If you believe your jewellery has a defect, please Contact Us so that you may send it back to us for inspection where we may repair or replace your jewellery, as deemed appropriate and in alignment with this policy. If you require repair services, please review our Care & Repair section.

Do you replace lost engagement rings or bands?

We highly recommend insuring all of your precious jewellery, as our lifetime warranty only covers manufacturing defects, does not cover issues that arise from general wear and tear, loss, theft, etc.

My centre stone is loose, what should I do?

If you notice that your centre stone is loose, we recommend that you stop wearing your ring and allow us to assist you with secured and insured shipping back to us, to have your ring inspected and have the prongs tightened. Contact Us for assistance.
